Laser Cutting

We house a number of the best state of the art laser cutting machines available, allowing us the flexibility to laser cut up to 6 metre long plates in various thicknesses, ranging from 0.5mm to 30mm plates in stainless steel, mild steel and other alloys.

Hi-Definition Plasma Cutting

We house two Plasma cutters, a hi-definition Plasma cutter with a 12 metre x 3 metre bed, allowing us to provide state of the art plasma cutting with minimal tapered edges.

Guillotining

Our guillotining facility allows us to slit plate up to 3 metre wide, in thicknesses ranging from 0.90mm to 12.00mm thick, we also have a levelling machine to ensure that all guillotined flat bars are straightened.

Chamfering

We offer weld prep edges which is the process of creating a bevel, groove or furrow on material edges providing a smooth refined finish.

Brushing

On stainless steel components, we offer a brushing and PVC protective coating service to ensure parts are protected after surface finishing. We also offer a unique edge brushing service. At Plasma Cut, we currently brush parts up to 500mm wide. All parts are also shrink-wrapped and palletised to avoid damage in transit.

Machining

We employ highly skilled and experienced machine shop staff who ensure that all drilling, tapping and machining processes are to client specification. We have a wide range of machinery to service your needs.

Rolling

We offer an in-house material rolling facility, able to roll and shape sections, angles, bars, cylinders, large bore pipe cans etc. in sheet and plate ranging in thicknesses from 0.9mm to 25mm thick.

Bending

Our bending department is extremely versatile and we can offer bending services in materials from 0.9mm to 12mm thick, and up to 6 metres in length.

Welding

At Plasma Cut, our capabilities extend beyond precision cutting to include welding.
